The Carteret County Amateur Radio Society Breakfast Social meets each Wednesday morning at 8:30 at the Kountry Kitchen Restaurant at 
5380 Hwy 70 W in Morehead City.  If you are a new Ham, old Ham, local Ham, a Ham visiting from out of the area, or interested in becoming a Ham, stop by and join us for breakfast, coffee, and comaraderie.
You're sure to get all the lastest Amateur Radio news, local Ham goings-on, and maybe hear some tall tales.

Crystal Coast Half Booty Triathlon, 2022
Volunteers from the Carteret County Amateur Radio Society Provide communications support for the Crystal Coast Half Booty Triathlon, a 70  mile, three event, race from Beaufort to Havelock NC and back.


WCTI Weather Radio Wednesdays
StormTrack 12's Weather Radio Wednesdays return to eastern North Carolina.  The newer NOAA Weather Radio receivers require special codes so the receiver will receive an alert when there is severe weather in the area.  Carteret County Amateur Radio Society members Brian Gray (KD4FUN) and Gary Faust (NG9T) volunteer with Fox News WCTI crew & Donnie Cox programming NOAA Weather Radios for local residents for free at local Ace Hardware stores.





Monthly Business Meeting
The Carteret County Amateur Radio Society holds its monthly business meeting each fourth Saturday at Cox's Restaurant  at 4109 Arendell St, Morehead City.  You don't have to be a member to attend.    All interested in Ham radio and visitors are invited to attend.
